CT Newsletter 04/07: “…the information that I need is readily available to me…”

    April 17th, 2007 by admin

    Dear Friends,
Welcome to this new edition of my bi-monthly newsletter. I look forward to receiving the comments and feedback you have for me! Take care.

    I. CT INSPIRATION

No one of us is “good” all the time! By that I mean none of us does the things we know we should do all of the time.

One of my good intentions is to read something inspirational every morning. I know it puts me a better frame of mind to welcome whatever the Universe sends my way. It also makes my heart and mind more open and welcoming to the lesson that is coming my way. Like I said – in reality I don’t find myself doing it every day, but I do remember to do it more and more often (and make a point of doing it when I really need to!).

Today I want to share a section of a recent inspirational reading with all of you:

“…Until today, you may have been wondering how you would know what you need to know. Or you may have been shocked at the times you knew exactly what you needed to know. Just for today, be aware that the Holy Spirit within and around you knows everything you need to know and will let you know when you need to know…”

(From: “Until Today” by Iyanla Vanzant)

This quote spoke to me on several levels. It resonated within me because it also reminded me of an important tenet of coaching. As a coach it’s not my job to tell/advise/recommend a coachee anything. It’s my job to challenge the coachee to unearth the knowledge s/he already has inside and facilitate the coachee as s/he transforms that knowledge into actionable next steps toward their career goals.

You can contact me at coaching(at)creating-tomorrow.com for:

    1. answers to your questions about career and business coaching
    2. a copy of my coaching quiz to find out if you are ready for a productive coaching relationship
    3. information about my complimentary coaching hotline
    4. information about membership in specialized coaching circles

    II. CT NEWS

The number of subscribers to my newsletter has increased rapidly in the first months of 2007. Thanks to all of you who have expressed your interest in learning more about me, and my mission in coaching and training!
