Dear Friends,

Like so many of you, I spent the Holiday Season in a mix of visiting (and - in my case - talking long-distance) with loved ones, relaxing, reflecting on the past, and planning for my personal and professional future. For me this means:

1. celebrating the progress I’ve made over the past months
2. identifying areas where I need to improve my own performance
3. making a decision to let go of things/attitudes/habits/people that have not enriched my life over the past 12 months
4. consciously visualizing things/attitudes/habits/people/opportunities I plan to manifest in my life in the coming 12 months
5. feeling grateful - for the positive things that have happened in the last 12 months, for everything I have learned from the painful/negative experiences of the past year, and for the strength, energy and motivation I am taking with me into 2009.
