The person who needs to have everything they say and do be no less than 101%. a perfectionist is the person who not only needs to understand the way something works, but wants to also be able to take it apart and put it back together - blindfolded - in order to feel s/he’s a real expert.

    How often do you succinctly formulated the challenge you are facing, but state it in a way that already assumes your imminent failure? You already feel overwhelmed by the perceived effort, energy and time you’ll need to tackle your problem, and it shows in the way you frame the challenge.

    TODAY: Summer Affirmations (4)

    Dear Friends,

    A month of daily affirmations has come to an end.  It was an interesting experience for me to pre-select daily thoughts, inspirations and calls to action for myself - and to share them with you!  Selecting them gave me a chance to specify my intention for the past 30 days, while sharing and writing about them provided an opportunity to reflect on how/when/why each affirmation resonated within me or manifested itself in my day-to-day life.
