We all know a perfectionist. The person who needs to have everything they say and do be no less than 101%. a perfectionist is the person who not only needs to understand the way something works, but wants to also be able to take it apart and put it back together - blindfolded - in order to feel s/he’s a real expert.

We all know that we have to take action in order to achieve our goals. However, sometimes we forget that it doesn’t always mean being overtly aggressive or so focused on achieving a certain goal that all other aspects of our lives fall by the wayside.
A month of daily affirmations has come to an end. It was an interesting experience for me to pre-select daily thoughts, inspirations and calls to action for myself - and to share them with you! Selecting them gave me a chance to specify my intention for the past 30 days, while sharing and writing about them provided an opportunity to reflect on how/when/why each affirmation resonated within me or manifested itself in my day-to-day life.
