Trina E. Roach
I am an American based in Germany who supports the professional development of businesses (esp. ad / media agencies) and business people (esp. ad /media execs) on both sides of the Atlantic via my company, Creating Tomorrow: The Leadership Consultancy.
I am a passionate trainer who has worked for numerous German and international corporations, and - as an advertising executive earlier in my career - successfully managed several well-known blue chip brands for both national and global advertising clients. Based on my long years of experience, I have also been able to apply my talents as an intercultural facilitator, as well as an enthusiastic - and persuasive - speaker and presenter.
During my work in human resources development, as well as my own personal search for professional orientation, I became more and more interested in coaching; not only as a necessary skill for any executive worth the title, but also as an important, independent professional resource. I strongly believes that coaching provides immeasurable value to any business professional who is at least as committed to his own professional dreams, visions, goals and passions as s/he is to the organization’s bottom line. With empathy and a no nonsense attitude, I support my coachees as they successfully conquer the challenges they face in reaching their goals MORE QUICKLY and MORE EFFECTIVELY.
Since leaving the active advertising arena, I’ve moved from the faster pace of downtown Dusseldorf, Germany, to live in a picturesque village near the Dutch border. From there I divide my time between my immediate family (including my partner, a 25 year old daughter, a 23 year old son, and two dachshund puppies) and work throughout Europe, and nurturing a growing client portfolio centered in the Greater Philadelphia area, where much of my extended family still lives.
My ‘mission’ has taken me thus far all over Europe - from Tallinn to Sofia and from Amsterdam to Moscow - where I has enthused audiences with my intuitive knowledge, experience, vibrancy and authentic commitment. Most of all, I continue to energize people in my quest to facilitate anyone looking to bring out the best in themselves through a lifelong commitment to personal development and growth.
All services I offers are provided in both English and German upon request. Coaching sessions via telephone, on-site and open workshops, as well as teleseminars are available to interested parties throughout Europe and the USA.

Trina has received her coach training via the Certified Professional Coaching Program (CPCP) of the International Coach Academy, which is internationally accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
In her coaching practice Trina adheres to the ethical guidelines of the International Coach Federation (ICF) of which she is a member.
She is also a member of the Black Professional Coaches Alliances.
